After more than 200 vehicles took part in last years Classic Car Run the organisers have capped this years entry to a maximum of 225.
Rotary President Ian Lowe said: "We attracted a bumper crowd in 2016 which we believe to be the biggest in the 21 year history of the event and we are well on the way to achieving our target of 225 participants."
The run starts and finishes in Chipping Sodbury with classic cars, motorbikes and vans all lining up in Broad Street from 7.30am. Spectators have two opportunities to view the vehicles including the early morning start between 7.30 and 10.15am and at around lunchtime at the Rugby Club.
The route heads North of South Gloucestershire into Gloucestershire and takes in a coffee stop at Dursley Leisure Centre before vehicles arrive back at Chipping Sodbury Rugby Club on the Ridings.
The Rotary Club’s 22nd Classic Car Run takes pace on Sunday 25 June and there is still time to take part. Entry closes on 1st June with an entry fee of £27 for cars and vans and £14 for motorcycles payable in advance. Pre 1992 vehicles are welcome.
