Hobbs House Bakery are hosting a live bake along to celebrate our collaboration with fellow B Corp Toast Ale, and would love for you to join in and bake bread with us this Thursday at 5.30pm on Instagram.

Toast Ale have used our surplus organic brew to brew a tasty new Baker's Witbier. We'll be using this to make a super simple no knead bread, but you can use any beer you like.

You will need -

3 1/2 cups flour
Pinch (6g) of sea salt
1 heaped tsp baking powder
330ml of Toast Ale's Baker's Witbier or any beer you fancy
2 glugs oil
Optional Extra - Try adding some orange zest and gently toasted coriander seeds to bring out the flavour of the beer.

Kit -

Oven preheated to 230 degrees
One big mixing bowl
One wooden spoon
Dough scraper, if you have one
