Writing for Wellbeing Online Session
Join us for a new series of Writing for Wellbeing sessions, on the theme of our five senses.
The writing exercises will focus on how we experience the world through seeing, hearing, smelling, touching and tasting. Writing freely, paying no attention to spelling, grammar or editing, we will explore where these sensations take us.
Each session is independent of the others, so you can attend whichever ones you want.
The session is limited to 8 people.
Each session will be 1 hour and there are 5 sessions.
