Fitness classes for all starting: Tuesday 14th September, 6 to 7pm and Thursday 16th September, 10 to 11am
Warm up, Cardio (increasing heart rate) initial section and main Resistance section (using both body weight and dumbbells). Followed by Cool Down stretch.
Initial Session £2, thereafter £5 (a charge will not be made unless you attend a class).

The Tuesday evening class will definitely run because I already have 5 interested participants. In order to assess whether I will have enough clients to make it worthwhile booking the hall on Thursday morning, could you please contact me before 16th September to enable me to assess interest.
