Writing for Wellbeing - 4 Week Online Course

Simple exercises and meditation practices which will help you tap into your creative side.
This course is structured to progressively give you some tools to help build resilience and to establish your own personal writing practice.
Please note that you will need to book each date separately in order to be booked on to all sessions. This is a four week course, running from 22nd November - 13th December.
