This gentle 4 week course is specifically designed to introduce new students to Yoga practice and is especially designed for those who have never stepped onto a Yoga mat before - but would love to!

I felt exactly the same way when I first ventured into a Yoga class and so I completely understand how scary it can feel. That is why I have designed this course to support new students right form the start with gentle encouragement and support in a non-judgmental, friendly and fun environment.
You'll be able to settle those nerves and I'll be there to support you as you take those first tentative steps onto your yoga mat - you'll be so glad you did!
