Your core and pelvic floor are at the foundation of everything you do, pretty much every movement you make.
Yet 1 in 3 women suffer from incontinence and is one of the biggest barriers to exercise and kegals are not always the answer.
I want to help you start your new year with the skills and knowledge around how you can reduce symptoms and become the fitter and healthier person you want to be for the rest of your life.
This 4 weeks course will help you to breathe better, move better, understand your body better and feel unstoppable when it comes to managing leaks or pain and allow you to do the things you've always wanted to do.
