Frank writes: "Richard and I have been reviewing the helpful feedback you have been providing and have been planning the morning to make it helpful to as many as possible.

First, you should know that we shall make it interactive with opportunity for you to ask questions. Each participant will be given a handout of the presentation on which to take notes (bring a pencil!).

Here is what we will be addressing:

Terminology: words like 'URL', 'app', 'clickable links', 'RAM', etc. what do they mean?
How to get the most out of the four tech channels we use frequently:
SVB Mail
Our web sites
Zoom
YouTube
Your devices: Desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones - and their differences.
Browsers: how to find what you are looking for; what security measures should you take?

We shall spend the first hour or so on the above, then the second hour (approx) in dealing with your individual issues.

Do bring your portable devices with you (- no desktops!). We should have a reliable wi-fi connection by then!
