We are training professionals with a passion for developing people through bespoke training, coaching & facilitation - and have just celebrated our tenth birthday!
We offer a wide range of leadership training, customer service training, coaching, facilitation and outplacement solutions. Share your business challenges with us so that we understand what you want to achieve. We can then use our experience and expertise and consider your budget and time restraints to recommend a realistic bespoke training solution... and then we make it happen.
We have over 20 years of experience of successfully developing people at all levels in businesses and not-for-profit organisations of all sizes. We work with businesses both local, national and with individuals. Recently we have enjoyed working with Wotton Farm Shop and Clarence’s, Hobbs House Bakery, ten Universities (including Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and UWE), Bristol Airport, an engineering company, NHS and South Gloucestershire Council to name but a few. We have also supported a number of individuals who are looking for a change in career direction or are interested in setting up their own business. Please get in touch to see how we can help you, we will always say ‘yes’ if we know we can do it well.
