In this class you can shut out stress, worries and commitments. and just let your mind drift for a while.
With regular practice, you will start to feel the benefits of creating space in your mind, enabling you to achieve a better way of thinking and acting ~ this is when the results of investing in this time for you really start to appear in your day to day life.
You don’t have to be spiritual or ‘tuned in’ to benefit from this MindSpace class. To put it simply, if you feel as though you are lugging around too much stress, are worrying too much, feeling anxious/unsettled or have difficulty sleeping then give it a go.
