Wednesday Women's Wellbeing Circle

Do you want to be kinder to yourself this year? Do you long for a stronger connection to your inner wisdom? How would you want to be part of a group of women that encourage and support one another? Do you want to become more confident and empowered.
To help you prioritise your own health and happiness, I’m really excited to be starting a 'Wednesday Women's Wellbeing' circle on Wednesday 25th January at Goldney.
We'll meditate to set the tone for the week, explore how we are feeling, try out some new techniques for dealing with stress, and generally learn how to better surf the emotional and mental waves that life inevitably throws at us. If there is interest, we may even invite some guest speakers in to help inspire us with time to chat and have a coffee after. A ‘pay as you go’ session costs £10, or you can purchase a ‘monthly pass’ for £34. Sessions will run from 7-9pm.
