New Pilates Classes
Stables Studio, Chipping Sodbury
Helen Abbott will be starting two new classes on Thursday 3rd February, as follows:
12.00pm: The Stables, Chipping Sodbury (Mixed Ability)
5.00pm: Goldney House, Chipping Sodbury (Beginners/Gentle)
The beginners class at 5.00pm is a six week course to teach you about the fundamentals of Pilates and will be a nice and gentle class. This will cost £48 for the six weeks.
