Christingle and Crib Services

We look forward to welcoming you again on Christmas Eve as we celebrate our Christingle and Crib Service together, at 3pm and 4:30pm.
What happens at this service? We involve our guests (both young people and adults) in telling the story of the birth of Jesus, but don’t worry, you can simply sit and enjoy the performances. As well as the story telling, there are songs and a time of reflection, as we think about what the Christingle represents.
In 2022, over 2,000 Christingle services were held across the country, and £700,000 was raised to support vulnerable children through the Children’s Society. Hopefully, the figure will increase this year as we work together to raise more vital funds.
