In this 1.5-hour session, you’ll be guided through a unique blend of somatic movement, breakthrough breathwork, and acupressure, creating space for genuine relaxation and clarity.
What You’ll Experience:
Somatic Movement: With gentle, mindful movements, we’ll guide you to reconnect with your body, releasing stored tension and creating flow where restriction once was. This practice increases flexibility, helps you feel embodied, and leaves you with a deep sense of relief—like your body has finally exhaled a long-held breath.
Breakthrough Breathwork: Breath is a powerful healing tool when harnessed with intention. This segment introduces breakthrough breathwork techniques that help you release emotional blockages, reduce anxiety, and reset your nervous system. By the end, you’ll feel a profound shift—a grounded peace and mental clarity that extends far beyond the session.
Acupressure: We’ll finish with acupressure, a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique. Applying gentle pressure to key points on the body stimulates natural healing, releasing stress, calming the mind, and restoring energy flow. It’s like pressing a “reset” button for your entire being.
