As one of the most performed Christmas shows in the country, with an estimated 600 festive performances due to take place across the country this year alone, ‘Countdown to Christmas’ has fast become a festive institution in its own right.
Now in it’s eighth season of festive touring shows, and returning for its fifth consecutive annual visit to the wonderful and historic Chipping Sodbury Town Hall, this magical show is sure to fill everyone who sees it with festive cheer.
The show's performed as the ultimate live 'Musical' advent calendar, counting down through some of the greatest Christmas hits ever recorded. Just think of your favourite ‘Now That’s What I call - Christmas’ album, mixed with a sprinkling of ‘Michael Bublé's Christmas Magic’, all washed down with a liberal glass of Christmas spirit, then you’ll be on the right track!
With something for all the family, from a special 'Holly Dolly Christmas' performance by national treasures The D-Day Dollies, to a special appearance by a 'Cool' Disney Princess for the young, and young at heart, this fun mix of chart hits and popular Christmas anthems is the perfect way to see in the festive season.
This is a show where singing along and dancing in the aisles isn't frowned upon... it's absolutely applauded and encouraged!
Do you know a 'Grinch'? Then bring them along! Our 'Christmas Elves' like a challenge, and they'll have them doing the 'Christmas Conga' before Santa comes down the chimney for his grand finale.
