Begin Writing Workshops
St Lawrence Parish Hall

There are four weekly workshops in June and for each venue these will be £42 for the four weeks. There are spaces at all the venues, so if you have always wanted to try a workshop, why not come along to the June sessions. Remember no one has to read aloud as the emphasis is on relaxation and creativity.
As this is a long term there will also be 3 sessions in July which will be £35. If you'd like to know about either June or July's workshops, please get in touch.
Aimed at beginners, we'll use prompts, writing exercises and encouragement to help you create your own stories, memoirs and poems.
Marie Day has been writing for several years. Her stories are featured in Oxford Flash Fiction, National Flash Fiction Day, Writementor magazine, Paperbound and Paper Lanterns magazine. In 2024 she was Joint Winner of the Henshaw Press Short Story competition.
